The Hibernators: Feb 3, 5:30-7:30pm

The Hibernators will perform on Friday, Feb 3, 5:30-7:30 as part of our First Friday Series. The string trio will play an upbeat mix of bluegrass, Celtic, and country favorites. Their music surprises and gets toes tapping-- like their bluegrass version of a Norah Jones favorite, Creepin' In. The band features Bruce Catlin on guitar, Mitch Barron on upright bass, and Jeff Pratt on mandolin. Check out www.thehibernators.com for a sneak preview.

You are invited to bring a picnic or buy a Vt cheese plate. Lincoln Peak wine is available by the glass. Admission is free.

**Please note: Due to a change in our insurance policy, we will be able to serve wine by the glass only. We cannot serve open bottles for consumption on the premises (but you're welcome to buy bottles to take home).

First Friday Music Series: Looking ahead --
March 2: Cooper & Lavoie - blues/folk rock (hot harmonica!)
April 6: Swing Noire - gypsy jazz & hot swing
May 4: Toni Catlin & Brett Hughes - folk rock with a little twang
June 1: After the Rodeo - cowboy blues to jazz
July 6: Mogani - Latin jazz fusion

Wine & Chocolate Weekend Feb 11-12, 12:00-5:00pm, just before Valentine's Day!
Come taste delicious pairings of wine and chocolate made by local chocolate-makers. Middlebury Chocolates is making a Sichuan-pepper rosehip truffle to pair with our Marquette. The Daily Chocolate is making Marquette-soaked chocolate-covered cherries.
On Saturday and Sunday, you can enjoy free samples of wine and chocolate, and then treat a special someone to a few chocolates and a glass of wine by the wood stove. You can also buy the pairings to take home-- the perfect Valentine's Day gift or indulgence.

And stick around for the Friends of New Haven Town Library's Chocolate Delight Night on Saturday evening from 7-9. This popular annual event features a huge variety of homemade chocolate treats to enjoy, and Lincoln Peak will be selling wine by the glass. Tickets $8; chocolate is free to eat. The event is geared for those 12 years or older.
