Join us in the winery for a four-course Italian-inspired meal from our friends at Monti Verdi Salumi thoughtfully paired with our wines. We’ll taste young wines from barrels and tanks as we share about the 2026 season, and you’ll be the first to try the 2025 Marquette before its release!

We’ve collaborated with Ale and Stefano on a number of events over the years, and we love their dedication to local agriculture while remaining true to their Italian roots. The menu will highlight ingredients grown and raised on their farm in Panton, and meats cured masterfully at their salumeria in New Haven.

We love the intimacy of this evening, sharing a beautiful meal and stories of life on the vineyard nestled among the barrels and tanks. Grab your seat at the table before it’s too late!
