Our winter "hours" are by chance or appointment. We're usually (but not always) here, and welcome visitors when we are. Or give us a call to set up a time to meet someone at the winery.
Lincoln Peak Vineyard wins top awards at international wine competition, including "Best in Show" Red Wine.
Lincoln Peak Vineyard won 5 awards at the recently judged International Cold Climate Wine Competition in St Paul, Minnesota. Over 300 wines were entered. The judges awarded 4 Double Gold Medals, and Lincoln Peak Vineyard took 2 of them. Our 2008 Lacrescent and 2008 Marquette were the Double Gold winners. The Marquette took the "Best in Show" Red Wine trophy. The 2008 Lacrescent Late Harvest took a Gold medal, and the Black Willow and Frontenac both took Silver medals.

Welcome to Lincoln Peak
Twelve acres of good Vermont land; short, hot summers and cool, sunny autumns; a dedicated farm crew to tend the vines; meticulous devotion to the best winemaking techniques-put it all together and what you get are some of the most refined and delicious Vermont wines from a new and emerging winegrowing region.
We make crisp refreshing whites; deep full-bodied reds, light and joyful rose's; and some sweet and fruity wines, too.
You are invited to visit the winery, take a walk through the vineyards, bring a picnic, stop in our cozy tasting room, learn about our story from the friendly staff, and of course, taste the wines.
The Lincoln Peak Vineyard is located 3 miles north of Middlebury, Vermont, and 32 miles south of Burlington, just off of US Route 7. Come visit and taste our wines today!

Vermont wine
It's great to see the Vermont wine industry take off. As the largest grape grower in the state, I'm convinced that to gain identity and respect as a wine region, Vermont wineries need to produce wines from Vermont-grown grapes that truly have the taste of our special place.
100% of the grapes in Lincoln Peak wine are grown here, and (barring weather disasters) always will be.
